Conditions not covered under Warranty

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Data loss: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all necessary backups are made before releasing the unit to the courier, as we will not be held liable for any data loss.
  • Software or operating system related issues.
  • Defects or damage resulting from:
    • Accident, misuse, abnormal use, surges, improper storage, physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
    • Neglect, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, dirt, or cosmetic damage. (subject to product capabilities and specifications)
  • Tampering or opening of the device by a third-party Repair Centre and or any persons.
  • Liability for any accessories and charger not received. Unit not packaged securely in a box.
  • Bent or Damaged port and charger inputs and outputs.
  • The battery only has a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty and is not covered under extended warranty.
  • Out of Warranty assessment and quote rejection fees are payable by the customer or store.
