- Any credits issued by the stores/retailers due to exceeded Service Level Agreement (SLA) must be pre-approved by Pinnacle. This ensures that all credits are properly authorized and aligned.
- All RFC/Claims documents must be submitted to Pinnacle prior to Pinnacle crediting.
- No credits will be processed without the relevant RFC/Claim document.
- All supporting documents must be emailed to: warrantydocuments@pinnacle.co.za
